Final verdict on the Costco Thanksgiving kit- a solid option for $40. Never gonna love turkey breast (plus a bit salty), but the stuffing and mashed potatoes are great, green beans are ok, cranberry sauce is standard. Just the gravy is a skip. And look how much leftovers I have!

OK I have picked my blates but still trying to decide color way!! I like the peacock but not the way the glaze shows more of the rippled texture on the outside vs the olive being darker but hides the ripples

Otherwise I was looking for a slightly larger option- same designer but bigger, but I think at this point design wise it’s just straight up a bowl right?

Woo finally made a batch of napa cabbage kimchi that’s edible! I kept getting too salty kimchi because I didn’t rinse the cabbage enough plus added too much fish sauce to my paste because I didn’t factor in the saltiness of the cabbage. Still can get better but finally a batch I can keep!
