I did not do a good job of browning them. I cut one open and it seemed super underbaked so they went back in. Not very photogenic I’m afraid. Hopefully they taste good! I want to watch a video before I make these again

I normally have a “no modifications “ rule the first time I do a recipe but I did let this dough rise in the fridge overnight instead of 60-90 minutes on the counter. It was very sticky so quite difficult to get nice round shapes while browning in pan. Also unable to “lightly dust” with corn meal

I can’t afford expensive cheeses anymore so this is shredded cheddar, parm, and some mozzarella but she’s tasty af

These tortillas are heavenly. I’ve become much more frugal with food lately but some things are just a necessary splurge to me. Sometimes I will heat one up in a pan and eat it plain

I have been off my medication for a month because the insurance decided they’re not covering that GLP1 anymore so I have to switch to a different one, which involves another prior authorization and blah blah so I decided the right thing to do today was make a focaccia
