i think im under the most stress ive ever been in in my entire life. i thought the abusive home life and neglectful upbringing that i escaped from was as bad as it could get but truly nothing is worse than bureaucracy mixed with an inability to get restful sleep

that said one time i did get really high while playing EDF and i swear the edges of the monitor melted away and it started feeling like i was INSIDE the giant alien bug warzone myself. it was the scariest experience of my life, but like, in the way a rollercoaster is scary lmao

not exactly what you're describing but if i really really like a game or its characters i do often find myself adopting the physical mannerisms of its protagonist. to this day i sometimes catch myself doing the bouncy-ass walk rayman has in raving rabbids (the only good thing about that game)

just so no one worries more than they need to, nothing is happening that jeopardizes me, my life or livelihood, nor those of those close to me. but i do think a lot of the steps i have taken towards becoming happy may possibly have been undone in the stupidest most roundabout way imaginable.
