Did weights and measurements with my coach today. I'm at the heaviest weight I've ever been in my life (~213 lbs), but the lowest body fat since at least my early 30s. 😊

Also, THIS PISSES ME OFF. It's literally one of my quickest triggers at the gym.
Why? Why are you typing off the handles, especially when they have two length options already built in?
Stop doing this. It serves no beneficial purpose, and just makes things worse for everyone else.
