Honestly not an egregious call and the cubs had a couple out calls that went against them that looked safe on replays, but there wasn’t a definitive enough angle to overturn, one taking away a run
I think that foul if awarded would have been a red, no? I thought that was probably the reason the ref didn’t call the foul. I also said at the time Bukari should have gone done to force her to make the call
I wouldn’t have a problem if that was called a penalty on the field but it didn’t reach a level that I would consider it a clear foul and not incidental contact with a flop
Agreed. It’s an exhibition game where they prioritize fan experience. Most people would be more excited to see Miz pitch than for instance Mitch Keller. Plus it’s pretty easy to argue Miz is a top 25 starting pitcher right now
Agreed. It’s an exhibition game and IMO he’s one of the most exciting pitchers in the game. Also easy to argue he’s a top 25 starting pitcher in the game right now based on his performance
