I don’t force it anymore, sometimes if it happens it happens.
But I would rather sleep when I’m sleepy, than force myself to stay awake on a project. Cus then I’m usually struggling for 3 hours, rather than I could’ve woken up and got 3 hours of actual focused work done, lol
