Also @segar.com my team often facilitate alone on line and in person. Facilitation is blummin hard. It takes it out of you and then what do we do when it finishes? We get on with our day, or do we? Reflection is vital and this doesn’t happen often enough. I need to think about this. Thank you 🙏

My team met in a hybrid way today for a few hours. There was definitely a difference in that when we broke for lunch, those in person chatted, took a walk to get food. Those on line muted their camera and mic and I’m assuming were alone. I didn’t think abt that🤔
