I've started doing this for my daughter and sil since we can't be together for Christmas. 3 or 4 family heirlooms (ranging from recipes to jewelry) old books, spices, local tourist trinkets. It's cheap and yes, time consuming.

So employees are required to act like creeps.
We left our church because one of the deacons came up to my teenage daughter after EVERY service and told her to smile. Creepy doesn't begin to cover it.

Also - a majority of my food budget is stuff that can't be stockpiled; milk, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat once a week.

Our town includes this information, along with lots of other interesting local tidbits, in the water bill. They assume everyone reads it.

An American answer - you can get a cub scout handbook from the library and work out what of it is worthwhile.
For example
- make a meal for your family- menu plan, shop, cook, clean
- get a paper map of town and show you can use it to plan adventures

Relatedly our library catologing software now has a "recommender". I tried it on a girl who has read every butterfly and unicorn book we have.

In a limited way this also applies to Catholic Cannon law courts. They deal largely with marriage law in America.

Plenty of kids call me Aunt who I know nothing about their family. It's a friendly and polite way for kids 50 years younger to address me.

RFK said autistic kids moms took Tylenol during pregnancy so clearly that's the cause. Tylenol is definitely the safest painkiller to take during pregnancy, a condition known to cause aches and pains.
