That is shocking. Mental health services have failed so many people, so often.

Just today a friend of mine contacted a MH helpline. After being on hold for 40 minutes the advice they gave was - make a cup of tea.
This is a mother who’s trying to get the local hospital to hear her complaint about the death of her child. They refuse because in her grief she’s left it too late.
