Half the time I check my headphones to make sure the sound is coming through them and not my phone or tablet. Sometimes I’m not sure initially 😂🤪

Gorgeous pic. Love the high cliffs and the water below. Welcome to 🦋!

Yes! Do I need to be virtually “present“ for the reading? If so, I’ll need a time later this afternoon. Also let me know how I can get you $ for your time and energy.

Do it! I recently had a first true tarot card reading and thought it was really interesting and perceptive. If the moon is inspiring you, you should listen.

If you are into them, may an MMF be in your future in 2026 🏳️‍🌈

Looks delicious. Hope you have a great time!

Beautiful and eloquent post, Melody ❤️. Thank you for taking the time to write it, for giving me new thoughts to consider, and for being here on BlueSky. May you and everyone find the community they seek!

Glad you had that experience and I could bring back good memories. I saw a number of rock climbers in the park. I’m a bit too frightened by heights for climbing, but they seemed to enjoy it.

True. There were certainly areas of damage and some areas of disrepair. Like many national parks, they probably struggle with lack of $ funding. However, the damage I saw wasn’t as great as I feared, and I’m optimistic for the future of that park (I’m an optimist generally)

Hopefully that was fun for everyone involved, and that you come away with good memories of a special place.

I’m glad you’ve had a chance to visit there, Kaiserin. I understand why some people may not be able to travel to the USA now. It’s sad, and perhaps one day it will be better.
December 3, 2025 at 2:39 AM
I think it’s a sign… you should visit soon. And I should return 😂.

Great photo! That sky is the most blue, and contrasts well with the Joshua Tree. So many gorgeous sites at that park!
December 3, 2025 at 2:32 AM
Wow! I’d call that a pretty great photo 😍. And Uzbekistan? I’ve never been there, although I have a friend who says it’s really pretty and historic. Perhaps someday for me. Thanks for sharing!

That sounds incredible, Ginny. I think it would be a lot of fun to live in Palm Springs (love the little shops along Palm Canyon Drive) and then go to JTNP on day trips. Although I‘d probably put a lot of miles on my car driving there so regularly 😂. Glad you had that experience!

I agree; it’s now one of my favorite places I’ve been to. Glad you were able to visit often while deployed at the nearby base. I will say it’s interesting to see the large Marine base off in the distance at night from the park elevations. The lights of the little city just shimmer…

Thanks Arthur. While I was there, I drove down into the Pinto Basin at night, parked, and just gazed into the clear night sky with no discernible lights in sight. Just me and the cosmos. I hope you can visit again soon too!

I wish you good health, fun times, laughter, financial abundance, and more this December and beyond, Tania. Wishing you the best!

I can now understand why. Very surreal and mind-bending at times.
December 2, 2025 at 4:23 AM
❤️ that close pic of a Joshua Tree and a moon just peaking out. I felt an energy while there that I would describe as magical too. Thank you for sharing, Dolores!

Glad to have been able to go, and I hope I can return someday. It is a great park with all kinds of unusual, interesting sights.
December 2, 2025 at 4:18 AM
Yes, I did get to do a bit of hiking, mostly by the West Entrance. It is a special place, and I love the solitude, beauty, and how alive I felt there.
December 2, 2025 at 4:14 AM
That’s a gorgeous pic 😍, and I agree that the hoodoos of Bryce Canyon make for spectacular views. Thank you for sharing, Shawn!
