Yep, we do that frequently, but it isn't always an option.
Is there a best practice way to share design work over Zoom and ensure high quality?

It seems like screenshare compression got a lot worse in recent years, even for still screens.

Incredible micro-animations that perfectly describe the product!

This looks great - a digital board game console!
We're excited to reveal Strata, a strategy game we developed for Board, a new game console that blends physical and digital play: board.fun

In Strata, you use physical 3D blocks to claim territory and outmaneuver opponents.

Tetris meets Chess.
If you liked A House of Dynamite but felt like the ending was unsatisfying, I highly recommend the book, The 2020 Commission, which is sort of a spiritual sequel to the movie.
It's amazing how easy Claude makes it to build you own mini design tools!

Here i've been playing around with some loading animations.

Let's fight the algorithm. Share a post of something you made that didn't get its due because it was too wholesome and didn't ragebait.

I worked with Ikea on some of their smart home products. They had what they called the 'escalator approach'.

When an escalator stops working, it's just a set of stairs, and remains usable.

I thought that was a great way to think about home technology.

I guess they'll just incorporate the tech into Apple Photos?

the fact that Pixelmator Pro, which was acquired by apple ~ 1 year ago, hasn't even updated their Mac App icon to the iOS26 standard yet doesn't give me much confidence that the app will be around for much longer 🥲
This is one of the best videos I've ever seen on the craft of design from @ridd-design.bsky.social of DiveClub.

If you want to learn more about drop shadows, borders, and real craft, this one video will teach you more than most professional training courses.

Today, we've updated Linear Mobile with an all-new design that looks great on iOS 26, and thanks to the powerful APIs #SwiftUI has been adding over the past few years, we're bringing it to iOS 18 with zero compromise.

Looks like I'll be coming to the end of a contract shortly so will have availability for new projects from later this month

Give me a shout if you're on the lookout for frontend dev or design systems work and particularly if you're looking for animations, interactions or anything a bit experimental
What I do - Robb Owen
From interaction design to scaleable design systems, single-page apps to something more experimental with WebGL. I help awesome people to build ambitious yet accessible web projects

I'd guess it's because it's pretty rare that someone uses the US purely as a stopover airport, unlike somewhere like Heathrow, Frankfurt or Doha where it's a huge number.
Very interesting experiment from Anthropic about dynamically generating software on demand.

This is a wonderful post explaining how to make animations feel "right" (or why sometimes you don't need to animate at all). 👇

Stop me if I’m overdramatizing, but I’m beginning to wonder if algorithm-driven public chat may have a downside.
I was betting on OpenAi acquiring them.

I wonder if Atlassian can pull off a knowledge worker focused browser.

Maybe we're entering an era where the browser landscape becomes weird and interesting again.
If you take VC money, especially that much, that's just the game you're signing up to.
