It’s my favourite workout day of the week! (Deadlift day, obviously). I’m such a creature of habit - Doing the same things on the same days means less decision fatigue = less barriers and much easier to stay consistent! Success is in structure.

If you’re tight, and all you do is stretch, you could be making it worse! Strength based mobility works with your connective tissue - building strength deep in the joint; allowing muscles to relax.
