All I can think of domestically is the Jägermeister Cup branding!

I'm a definitely a huge sucker for underrated color combos like this one!

It's certainly not an American Nottingham Forest crest anymore, so that's one thing!

Unfortunately, I do not know anything about the kits. The t-shirts sold at the brand unveiling were white, navy blue, & brown, though, so that may be a good indicator

Right?!?

I was rooting for an orange and green color scheme. I feel like that would've made for a very bold look

I took part in a focus group to build this new brand, and I stressed the importance of bridging the Beavers/Ducks college rivalry in this part of Oregon 🦫🦆

I'd say this brand did a good job of transcending that rivalry w/a neutral, regional name & a color scheme that doesn't have green or orange!

Designing a new MBFC kit after every win/draw: No. 1

March 15, 2025
Seaside, CA

Oakland Roots SC 2 | Monterey Bay FC 3

RECORD: 1-1-0

---

I made a few Watsonville kits last season and somehow forgot about one of Watsonville's most famous exports—sparkling apple cider from Martinelli's! 🍎🍾

Thank you!!! :)

It won't be as many kits as last season, but I hope the higher quality makes up for it!

Welcome to the 2nd season of Monterey Bay FC Kits!

I'll be designing a new MBFC kit design for every win or draw during the 2025 USLC season ⚽

These concepts are made on Illustrator, rendered using CLO 3D, and continues the visual journey through the communities, cultures, & events in the 831 🥬🌊

Aww thank you!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Lauren wears that jersey every time we go to a soccer match, and she actually got complimented in Portland about it!

Thank you very much!!! That means a lot :)

I feel like many designers these days forget that a big part of our career is problem-solving. Understanding the context of a project & making sure your designs actually fit the client's needs is more important than how it looks in the end

Thank you very much!!! :)

I've always liked when designers show the behind-the-scenes work (ESPECIALLY seeing concepts that didn't make the cutting room floor), so I felt like it was time to return the favor!

I hope you take a moment to go through this portfolio of my past work, and maybe I can work with you on a future portfolio piece! :)

My old site had lots of empty space that didn't contribute much, so my new site takes full advantage of this valuable real estate!

Each case study now features large visuals showing the process & the final product with some sprinkles of animation & interactivity, as well as a lot more orange!

While the public usually only sees the flashy final graphics, my new portfolio aims to give a BTS look into a project's entire life cycle

My enhanced case studies detail the initial project brief, moodboards & sketches, each stage of the concepting process, and then the final design implementation

On a really clear day, it's so satisfying seeing all the Cascade peaks lined up! 🏔️

(These pics start with the Three Sisters and goes all the way to Rainier)

They haven't really been sticking to the posting schedule, either 😬

The one for NY/NJ was supposed to be revealed today, but they only came out with a teaser for a reveal that will be a day later

I've really been enjoying the whole series of World Cup posters, and I'm kinda sad they're not getting more attention :(

I figured this is an appropriate to dig into my design archives for some of my old work combining Bay Area sports with psychedelic design!

One is a poster design for a college project while the other is a Berkeley soccer team project for my fictional California Soccer League Two concept series
