A few photos from the Great Baltimore Lantern Parade and Dia de los Muertos Festival this past weekend.
My neighbor was the victim of a hit and run. He rides a scooter to & from work. The city has had it impounded since his accident this summer. They want $260 to release it. If you have a dollar or two to spare so Stephen can get back to his job and life after months in rehab, it would go a long way!
