I have just begun to practice yoga. It has been meditative and a bit challenging. My body is learning to stretch , stabilize, and balance inside and out. This is an important reminder to ENJOY the poses along the way. If we don’t enjoy something or don’t see the pint, then we won’t keep doing it.
Enjoy each pose: When you do your asana practice, take time after each posture to observe any changes in your body and state of mind. Notice which poses soothe you, which invigorate you and which cultivate joy. Then tailor your sessions to suit your changing needs. ~ Namaste' #mensnaturalyoga
