I saw a video a couple of days ago of a blind person out in public with their cane, using the tactile strips on pavements (sidewalks) to navigate, and the amount of people standing on the strips/not moving/actively walking into the cane pissed me off so much...like how are people that oblivious.

I really do know it's easier said than done, and there are of course a lot of worries that can arise from taking time off of work, but ultimately, you are the number one priority. Your health and wellbeing is far more valuable and important than your work ❤️

don't, that's *their* fault, not yours! You don't owe anything to your employer, you're there to do a job ultimately, nothing more, nothing less. If you need time off because your mental health is suffering, then you are 100% allowed to advocate for yourself and ensure you get the break you need to

I know it feels like that, but I promise, they wouldn't hate you. It's also not your sole responsibility to make sure they stay afloat. It's their responsibility as an employer to make sure they've hired sufficient employees/have contingency plans for sick leave, maternity leave etc. and if they

Is it possible at all for you to speak to your GP and request a sick note/leave from work for a short period of time? I know it's not the solution to everything, but maybe a break could help you to stabilise and feel more able to manage? ❤️

Then 1980s, Reagan/Thatcher, eugenics. It became a 'this group' disease. For covid, the chosen group is 'the vulnerable'. 80s media was homophobic. 2020s media is ableist.
