Germany was basically happy to assist Russia build up its submarine protections (until presumably CYA started going on when Russia invaded Ukraine).
Also interesting: Burisma... although imo children of senior political figures are actively targetted in influence campaigns, so carries less weight

Been pondering how credible is the question as to how useful Bagram is to spy on the Chinese. Also - isn't the reason Dump is all 'pals' with Putin because Russia is supposed to help out vs China?
