He earnestly requested that all the soldier-builders complete these meaningful projects as monumental edifices propelling the development of education, always keeping in mind the pride and responsibility that their creations directly relate to the future of the entire country.

Comrade Kim Jong Un stressed that these factories, as well as the Educational Apparatus Factory also under construction, should be flawless in every aspect of its equipment installation, and he set several tasks for its completion by the end of 2025 and operation in early 2026.

Comrade Kim Jong Un then visited the site of the School Fixtures Factory. He highly appreciated the efforts of the soldier-builders upon receiving a report that the factory's main frame had been completed, and he repeatedly admired and commended the high quality ensured thus far.

He continued: "The plenary meeting to be held in December should strictly review the reason why the weighty policies of great significance on the most important of state affairs were neglected for several years."

He said: "Every plenary meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party adopted 8 same decisions on the establishment of those factories. However, they have not been implemented, and the relevant sector also has not presented a clear way for their implementation."

Comrade Kim Jong Un noted that issues for consolidating technical and material foundations for education was an important agenda item at every plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee, but the project had remained in limbo for more than 5 years.

Comrade Kim Jong Un expressed his deep thanks for the devotion of the soldier-builders creating a precious wealth for the future of the country, a crucial project for further development of the educational field which remained empty talk for years but now is only months away.

First visiting the School Things Factory, he became acquainted firsthand with the progress made so far. He stressed that the completion of these factories will consolidate much of the material foundations for them to significantly improve educational conditions and environments.

President Kim Jong Un and other senior Party and government officials made a visit to express their deep condolences over the death, and a wreath from Kim Jong Un was laid before Kim Yong Nam's bier.
