Loblaws with problematic packaging and maple washing will have problems eventually. Their lack of honesty will catch up with them.

Visit your local butcher. Better quality, lots of choice. They typically know exactly where the meat came from, and… less packaging.

We even bring our own reusable bags so we can avoid the little bit of packaging that there is.

Gotta start going to a local butcher. It might cost a bit more but quality is better.

Plus you will cut down on how much meat you eat through the week.

Plus the meat will likely come from local farms, not factory farms.

I have one too. We call it a “beurrier breton.”

I remember “Little House on the Prairie,” which was on TV after school. I loved the character Laura and hated Nelly, who was too much like a girl I didn't like who was my neighbor at the time.

The production of tomatoes, lettuce, and other vegetables in greenhouses is growing in Canada. Several products are already available year-round in our grocery stores.
