Maybe if you do puppy eyes to the IT guys and say that you don't use this shit AT ALL bc it's useless, they can disable it for you and your life quality gets a much needed upgrade?

OMG FUCK Copilot. My laptop screen started blinking and it was driving me insane. Turns out that it's due to an incompatible app, so I spent weeks trying to figure out the cause. It was Copilot. Everything was fine once I'd disabled Copilot using the Group Policy method. ://////////////
