In fairness to Jeffries, the headline makes it seem worse. He said specifically "Republicans will never allow articles of impeachment to be brought to the floor of the House of Representatives, and we know that's the case." He's not wrong.

If blowing up survivors in the water was the right thing to do because they are “narco-terrorists” (trust us, bro) and deserve no quarter, why did we rescue two other survivors in a different strike, fly them home, and let them go free?

This is something.
A police stop is enough to make someone less likely to vote, recent research has found. "Voting is a reflection of our belief that we’re part of the system, that our voice matters."
A Police Stop Is Enough to Make Someone Less Likely to Vote
New research shows how the communities that are most heavily policed are pushed away from politics and from having a say in changing policy.

IRS can relate. AND YET, the geniuses in Congress want to slash our budget by 5 billion.

Our total budget is 14 billion.

IRS=SSA, siblings in the trenches.
This article is 1000% correct. We can’t actually achieve any of these goals without more staff. Friendly reminder that the last time we had this few staff it was 1967. We served 480 claimants per staff then. Now we have to serve 1800 per staff. This is not sustainable or even achievable. Period.
Social Security wants about 15 million fewer visits in its field offices
The new goal to cut the number of field office visits comes as the agency’s frontline locations have lost thousands of employees.

🔴 Politicize the military
🔴 Force troops into roles for which they’re not trained
🔴 Undermine readiness & morale

If you have to get your syllabus approved by an apparatchik before you can teach a class, you're not a university anymore you're a regime indoctrination center.
TX Tech has a flow chat for guidance on what can be taught in the university system. Two things:
1. Very little content seems to be permitted. This is partisan control of the curriculum.
2. I would not enjoy teaching under these conditions, but I really would not want to be a Chair or Dean.

1) Targets of strikes are not "narcoterrorists."

2) Fentanyl not aboard these boats.

3) He doesn't understand LOAC (or at least pretends not to.)
Van Orden: "You gotta understand that average Americans do not care about these narcoterrorists at all. They care about the fact that their brothers & sisters and mothers and husbands have died of fentanyl overdoses. That's what we really truly care about. We care about our fellow American citizens"

Another reason not to follow illegal orders is that an administration willing to give illegal orders will also happily throw you under the bus for following them.
Reporter: Does the administration deny that that second strike happened or did it happen and the administration denies that Hegseth gave the order

Leavitt: The latter is true

It may not happen soon, but Mitch Bradley should remember that he can be recalled to duty someday and court martialed for ordering murder.
Hegseth's not the only war criminal here. "The [USSOCOM] commander overseeing the operation from Fort Bragg in North Carolina, Adm. Frank M. 'Mitch' Bradley, told people on the secure conference call that the survivors were still legitimate targets... He ordered the second strike."

IRS approves this message!!!

Most of my job is helping folks fix issues. So I support this 100%.
My bipartisan IRS MATH Act with Senator Bill Cassidy is now law.

Now, if you mess up your taxes, the IRS has to tell you where you made a mistake and how to fix it.

No more spending a fortune on lawyers or hours to find errors.

That means fewer headaches and more money in your pocket.
