Turn one level of the BQE into a rapid transit ROW, come off the BQE at Pearl Street. Line runs from ~~36th Street to 2nd Ave to Clinton to the BQE. Cuts down via Pearl to include transfers to the F (York) and A/C (High). Then heads east up Flushing Ave and shoots up to Queens Center.

Just had a little LOL moment. The source of this scandal is people cheating on the electronic time clocks that were installed after the last OT scandal, which had their wires were all mysteriously cut.

Firstly, I've got no idea wherever this stat came from
Secondly, 37% of the city is foreign born
Thirdly, there's like 20k rent controlled units out of 3m apartments
