Gargoyle - 璞 and 天論
This is where the band's style came together I feel. All the songs flow nicely from each other and there's a consistent quality in the song writing. She-Ja's guitar work on the two albums is amazing. Surprised I never see him mentioned as much as other Japanese guitar heroes.

Sandy Petersen assumes his main antagonist role after his Inferno fluke. I love the SSG and the new enemies. But overall I think the game is still far weaker and inconsistent level design wise. Would've benefited greatly had Sandy did more stuff like Chasm and less abstract fuckshit.

Gargoyle - 月の棘
Very solid prog/speed metal and I think this might be my favorite album from them so far. Their described as being thrash but honestly while that is their core sound they tend to go all over the fucking place and I like that about them.

This fucking ruled. Very similar to From Dusk Till Dawn in a lot of ways, but it does enough differently to be a much better film than it honestly. MBJ was phenomenal in this movie and I really like it's depiction of vampires.

I saw someone on RYM compare Acid Drinkers to these guys in a review, so I checked them out of curiosity. While they both are humorous extreme metal....these guys are WAAAY more morbid in terms of subject matter lol. Still tho I liked it.
