If a goal feels too big and overwhelming, just lower the stakes.

Instead of running 100 miles in a month, set a goal to run for 5 minutes a day. Just show up and create the habit.

every time i make progress on personal stuff, family time slips. push on work, workouts fade. balance feels impossible some days.

can't see the next step?

try walking away from the screen a quick stroll or moving to another spot with a notebook can shake something loose creative answers show up when the code editor is closed

Real value is listing options, showing trade-offs, and talking through why you choose one path over another
