I looked into the masks you tape to your face, but they were too expensive even if they seemed promising. I noticed i had less issues with hand made fabric masks, but I heard those don't block germs very well. But any of the papery ones don't work if I have to wear them for too long.

Further context: I have to wear ear plugs to manage my noise sensitivity in public, when I wear a mask though the earplugs do more harm than good because I can hear my own breathing loudly?

But I can't attend class without earplugs either...

I'd never go somewhere sick if I can avoid it at least

I don't know what to do anymore with wearing a mask.

It causes severe sensory overwhelm for me, but when I'm not wearing one and remember covid I get a sick feeling in my stomach.
