Abusers commonly mask when in the early stages of a relationship and slowly start normalizing abuse until you’re neck deep in a commitment with a wickedly abusive person. Then you feel like leaving them is betraying them.

The way Lundy Bancroft imitates abusers in his narration of Why Does He Do That? Is bone-chilling. The tone these men use when they think there’s nothing wrong with their abuse is terrifying. They legit don’t know. They deny it. They won’t accept it. And it’s so hard to know who is and isn’t abusive

When I was a full time dog trainer I made little animations in my free time.. this one explains how when you teach leave it, you want to capture the moment the dog disengages and reward it. So much of dog training is about timing. Much like animation, ha.

I really miss getting froyo in NYC on my breaks working at an animation studio. I miss the cool people I met so much. I used to regret picking NYC over LA but now that I’m almost 40 I realize how lucky I had it. I miss NYC!!!!!!
