Irish in London (and sometimes the beautiful town of Graiguenamanagh).

BBC World Service Assistant Editor, leading on learning and development.
My areas of focus are storytelling, coaching, training and climate change journalism.
Grateful for the chance to take part in the small bit of Irish democracy open to me as a graduate emigrant.

Some lovely, Christmassy views of two of my home towns (I have several!), Kilkenny and Graiguenamanagh, in this telling of the Nativity www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-KF...

Watching the #newgrangesolstice live stream while on the road to Wales, heading home for Christmas. Moving and beautiful, even under the bright lights of the motorway services

Saw this on my local London train yesterday. Thought of all the women who may have made a lonely journey to this country having been treated so badly in their own. And of their children, many who also ended up here. Thankful that Ireland is a vastly different place now.
