Keeping adults in Hertfordshire moving to prevent early deconditioning :: Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

A new Inspired to Move service has been introduced in Hertfordshire to help prevent patient deconditioning during therapy waiting times, encourage early intervention, and promote self-management.

🔵 Helping patients recover faster
🔵 Freeing up capacity by reducing the number of face-to-face sessions needed

Developed by specialist physiotherapist Kelly Bateman, the service helps patients stay active while waiting for physiotherapy.
