For those who experience episodes of mania - which bipolar mood scale do we prefer?

I like the idea of it being a 0-10 scale, but the 0-13 has more detail... something to think about!
Bipolar UK's mood scale. From 0-10. With 0 representing severe depression and 10 representing mania. Mental Heath Diary's mood scale from 0-13. With 0 representing severe depression and 13 representing severe mania.
