I am sympathetic, cooking for a party is different than cooking dinner for yourself

Perhaps they need to re-conceptualize it. You're meal prepping a lot of really tiny lunches.

On the other hand making enchiladas isn't that difficult.

Technically, everything in this video is in the main book, but this video explains it better. It lays out a clear diagram of how conflict resolution works.

For me this was so transformative I could never go back to task resolution.

Task resolution wastes so much time asking for rolls.
