It was, and seven years is a lot of learning.

I understand now why I was approached by anyone (new faces or subbed), their concerns, and the upset at the suddenness of bans--it's worrying, confusing, and it was wrong. Vendryth has publicly apologized personally in a thread on here as well.

I personally unbanned them post-stream in examining what exactly happened here in the midst of all the activity during the stream leading up to that moment. The morning is what brought the context that allowed the bigger picture.

I didn't intend for any of the hurt or confusion last night.

I can do literally nothing in a conversation I accept that's followed by an immediate dismissal the moment I speak.

As result of the dismissal and the verbiage, my mods banned them, believing they'd been intentionally antagonistic and used a sub message to do it.

A ban was still the wrong action.

I was still processing their message, but I opened a dialogue to discuss concerns with them on stream in the order of what they wrote to me.

I was immediately told they did not care for that.🧵

I see your worry over this and understand your concern with that moment was that there was disrespect and disregard for a supporter who, like Andrew, was approaching in good faith.

I'd ordinarily hesitate on that in a sense of not pretending I didn't make those promo posts for a stream, but my thread addresses that I did stream it, which allows that clarity and helps remove visibility towards the end conclusion I came to. I'm gonna agree on this and do so. 👍

I can love my memories with LC and my model without risking advancement for a studio against my values or your safety in my spaces.

It was a mistake to play Lollipop Chainsaw tonight, and I regret it--lack of a purchase now as opposed to release doesn't make streaming harmless in the current situation, and I'm sorry for doing it.

Loving Lollipop Chainsaw for its original version and owning RePOP from release when Dragami wasn't known as anti-DEI doesn't cure issues of streaming it leading to new visibility and potential sales.

I know my intent in streaming LC; in this situation, my intent doesn't clear away the issue.🧵
