The recent sentiment I start gathering from Telegram russian milbloggers, is that They are actually downgraded in terms of Military doctrine even comparing to Soviet Union.

The manpower is a commodity,one which is expendable.

There is no regard for human life. Life expectancy is less than a day.

they also dont target ukrainian military, they constantly for 4 years try to hit civilians and cities, hoping they can force population to surrender.

Issue for Putin and Moscow is that each time a Shahed drone or Iskander missile hits a residential building, Ukrainians get more angry about it.

What many don't realize, is that Ukrainian strikes from last 2 years on russian refineries are always aiming at specific part of refinery.

Cracking Units.

This basically stops Russia from ability to refine crude into useful fuels.

This is why Russian issue of lack of fuels is snowballing.

hence Ukraine have new series of FP drones. FP-1s flying spicy Mopeds seems to have very effective work on these. Just seen a video of FP-1 hitting one of refineries and fucker flew there so smoothly it was almost like video game.

We Pay for it, In tax and National insurance schemes.

Hospitals not supposed to be a "business", but a service to its population. European health care schemes provide us health service so we can live our lives normally and work despite health complications.
