second portion on wholegrain rice (flavoured with with soy and crushed fresh garlic). and its far far better the more absorbent rice makes the sauce less soupy and the pork gets more focus in flavour as a result

I'm well impressed and will be doing this again

My best #Asian dish to-date, no question

it will be better on wholegrain/brown rice or udon/soba. these fresh #japanese #noodles are great but a little short

#braised #pork loin marinaded in #miso/coconut milk with shaoshin/soy/fishsauce...just spectacular #umami & #creamy & #sweet.

garlic, mushroom, bacon in white wine sauce with pesto on pasta

it totally doesn't need any more umami (i put mushies under the broiler/grill before starting) but worcs or soy sauce would have made this even more punchy

Months of pre-workout breakfast is solved.

I add coffee, cocoa, d- glucose, greek yoghurt, frozen fruit overnight, then hot milk in the morning.

Only a small portion to keep the calories low and not be too bloated for a workout.

this is a semi rest day so i'm allowing myself lunch lattitude.

from tomorrow i will be running at -500 cals per day
5am: breakfast = hot soya milk oats
6:30 - 7:30 = cardio
7:40 - 9:40 = strength
9:40 - 10:45 = hydro/ sauna / steam to strech/relax

12:00 - 13:40 = lunch
14:00 - 15:00 = chores
