Happy Juneteenth! Today we commemorate the day on June 19, 1865, when enslaved Black Americans in Galveston, Texas finally proclaimed their freedom (2.5 years after President Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation). Carry that legacy with you as you celebrate Juneteenth! ✊
