Before WW2 or so, the only real requirement to vote was NOT citizenship
It was residency.
If you’re a resident of a country. Live & work there… vote there… you’re more civically engaged.
Maybe we should go back to that

The question is: WHO controls it & for what purpose?
Does anyone believe that the richest people on Earth are investing hundreds of billions in AI to improve life for ordinary people, eliminate poverty & solve global warming?
