Next, the Reginald Heber Smith Award recognizes the outstanding services and achievements of civil or indigent defense attorneys. Founding Florida Health Justice Project in 2017, Miriam Harmatz has dedicated her career to advocating for healthcare for all Floridians, not just wealthy ones.
