I used it for the office job I had for over six years. All communications went through it. Files too, oftentimes, though we mainly used it as a gateway for SharePoint.

As a comms system, it was never better than Slack. Many baffling design decisions, too.

In my experience, the options have rarely changed from, say, five years ago. I think they all say something like "listen carefully as our menu has recently changed" so that people will actually listen to the options instead of jumping at the first one.

Somehow nobody in this thread has recommended clip-on sunglass covers. I've used them for years. Granted, the frame you have for your glasses has to have a clip on for it, but it's fantastic and easy to carry around. You just attach the sunglass lens right to your regular glasses
