That's one of the most interesting points to me. Whatever we consider as supply constraints simply doesn't show up in any measurable way. Thus, many of the existing policy suggestions that have been implemented in cities will not alter affordability.

This means that 'affordability' cannot be fixed easily and saying otherwise is a bit reckless.

This makes discussing policies almost impossible as people will use genAI to summarize the outdated findings and use them as basis for their beliefs.
