BREAKING: After a motion in the City of Capitola Council on Aug 28, Santa Cruz County is set to be the first known jurisdiction in the world to implement a ban on the sale of filtered cigarettes by July 2027.

Filters are an unnecessary single-use product and now governments are supporting a ban.
