It took a while for me to join Blue Sky, but here I am. Who am I?

Twice I’ve tried to make a desert, only to fail making a key component (Swiss meringue in this case) spoiling the original idea.
Fortunate deserts are just a combination of sugar, fat, thickening agents, and some flavor components..
Easy to mix up the components and still deliver a tasty treat.

Apple is evil.
However, today was the last day where a windows device is my primary tool for work.
27 years supporting MS products.
I hate Windows 11.
Also, imho, the dell Latitude 5550 is less than optimum for anything other than casual use. I killed 2 in 3 months.

The Getty is worth the time, although I’m always sucker for a museum.
Especially since they had a Van Gough. Went to the Van Gough museum in Amsterdam some years back and will never forget the experience.
