Yes! He lets himself get captured bc he's looking for a human he met when he was 8yo (first love♡!). The one in the drawing is a pirate who is obsessed w/ him, but it's not reciprocated.

He's pink, but it goes to a more reddish tone, plus different screens with different color profiles, and just the eyes in general... I don't really mind lol

oh thank you for your observation! It might not be too profound, but the reason is that in his hometown soldiers wear full armor suits, but where he's right now, they aren't common and would stand out too much. However, those are from his late husband, so no matter what, he refuses to take them off
