I don't cede "hey that's criminal" as a Weapon Of The Enemy.

Law is something we're supposed to create together in a democracy and we're supposed to expose and protest and fight the people who abuse it and break it when it suits them.

Then there's people whose job is literal upholding and executing the law. I think it's correct to call them out for creating/enforcing unjust laws and I think it's correct to call them out for flagrantly breaking the law in service of awful agendas and personal gain.

Actually think it's our duty 🤷‍♀️

When the supposed lawbreaker in question is breaking an unjust law or committing the supposed crime out of desperation, I think we can simply not label those people as criminal, and raise the point if/when this happens.
