Oh I know it's gonna be yummy because I'm a good cook and that restaurant's food was fantastic.

Just skipped the lobster and/or smoked habanero sauce (need to make a batch of this too), bacon, green onion, and onion rings (they had a burger with all of these toppings cooked to order. It's fire.)

Legit took maybe an hour because I did it the lazy way I learned from working in restaurants lol (just make morney sauce and toss, then bake, then broil as hard as you can stand lol)
