My career. It’s a straight line from a single piece of fanart to having credits on 6 shipped games and more in production as we speak, as well as several pieces of marketing, logos, and more!

A piece of art celebrating RE Horror, an editorial series published on the website Rely on Horror. Originally posted on Facebook and edited for Rely, this artwork was what got me noticed and introduced me to games journalism, which eventually lead to a career as an artist in games development.

This art's old as dirt lmao but here's a comic @thespherehunter.bsky.social and I came up with where Dario Rosso was correct about the shipping container being the only safe place lol.

True story: my dad generally hates horror movies, but my parents went to a pre-release test screening for Scream. He hated it so much that when the credits rolled he stood up and loudly proclaimed to my mother "what a giant pile of shit" before noticing Wes Craven sitting about 8 feet away lol.

If you liked RE4 remake, I think you’ll like Evil Within! A lot of REmake 4’s mechanics are actually taken directly from Evil Within, and they make good sibling games imo.

Yeah. First game is clearly trying to be REmake in full 3D, while TEW2 is just trying to be a sharp looking video game.

Evil Within 2 is gorgeous btw I’m absolutely not knocking it, especially that opening chapter in the Photographer’s world, it just isn’t the same sauce that the first game has, and they weren’t even really aiming for it so that’s fine.

I feel the same about the reverse in TEW2, it’s cute that you can turn them on but the game doesn’t feel right with them, especially with how much more open the spaces are.

You can turn them off in the settings! It was a patch like a year later.

They don’t bother me, I’ve tried playing without them and I honestly do feel like it hurts the vibe slightly. Imo you can tell that the levels were deisgned with them in mind, and the game feels SUPER different without them.
