Been having an anxiety spike the past couple days. I know it's just my brain chemicals being temporarily out of wack but damn it sucks

That being said, it's not something to be avoided at all costs. No anxiety means no motivation. No motivation means no action. No action means running out of time or options.

But when there's too much, it can cause you to shut down

I'm never having kids, and part of the reason why is because of this. No child should have to deal with any of this shit. I count my lucky stars to have been born in the goldilocks zone where things improved briefly.
