They're wearing only bits of jewelry made of pebbles and leather, some of said jewelry being bracelets on their wrists and their upper arm, as well as a leather choker and a necklace with a shell fossil ornament. A feather baited fish hook pierces their rear tail fin alongside a couple piercings.
