I learned something new: Medicaid is called Dr. Dynasaur in Vermont.

Maybe you didn't know that either — or maybe you don't know you're even on Medicaid because it's called something else.

Either way, Republicans cut your care, and Democrats are fighting to restore it.

I learned to sign “Miss You Much” to improve my speed and translating literal words to what was meant. Like everyone else, I tried to learn THE DANCE. Gordon-Levitt nails it. Black Cat still makes me want to turn it up to 11. And the interludes… I think I will play this again today. Sorry Hamilton Mixtape

I have so desperately spent my adult life trying to avoid becoming diabetic BECAUSE I hate needle pricks. When I was a teenager, my grandmother had me use some of her testing supplies to check my sugar every six months because I had a slight addiction to Skittles and Mt. Dew, breakfast of overachieving champions. When I became pregnant with my son, my friends kept taking those items away from me and I was tested some more because of genetic disposition towards gestational diabetes.

The new pickup system at CVS is NOT faster. Who thought having the patient type their name and birthdate into an ipad would be more efficient than the previous way (telling the pharmacist) DID NOT do any user experience testing.

If you're so uncomfortable with a trans kid existing in a public space, leave.

That's what they're always telling others, isn't it. If you don't like it here, go away. Funny how that doesn't work the same way for these people.

We've been saying this from the beginning, but nobody ever listens. 1/2
First it was bathrooms. Then sports. Now classrooms. The school in question bent over backwards to accommodate the parents of other children, going as far as making the class optional but that still wasn’t enough. My heart breaks for the girl at the center of this. Imagine how isolating it must be.

300,000 Black women have been pushed out of their employment in the last three months. This resegregation isn't just racial, it's also heavily gendered.
So, to be clear:

*Federal employment, which built much of the Black middle class—attacked & slashed

*Cities with Black mayors—targeted

*Black neighborhoods/communities—invaded

*Affirmative action @ colleges—eliminated

*Black history—demonized, erased, & written over

They
are
re-
segregating.
