The Balsam Lake Unmurders by @paulczege.bsky.social finally arrived, love the personal note in the envelope! So rare these days. I’m a bit worried about The ink that bleeds which was ordered before this one. But it might just have been carried by a more sluggish pigeon. Time to solve an unmurder.

Playing Thousand Year Old Vampire. The prompt for this one was "Horrified at your new nature, you withdraw from society. Where do you hide? How do you feed? Create a stationary Resource which shelters you." - wyrdwald.com/game-journal...

Question about the tarot cards that some journaling games use. On my site I've used simple html tricks to display regular playing cards for my prompts. Does anyone know of any type of image pack or trick to do the same for tarot cards? I'd want a consistent look to those card icons / images.

I'm Patrick. Writer and gamer. For TTRPGs I'm the GM more often than not. I have some thoughts about adventures to create and settings to flesh out. Recently started a new site for TTRPGs the initial focus is journaling games like Lost in the Deep or Thousand Year Old Vampire - wyrdwald.com

I'll keep an eye out :) Though graphics are always nice I liked the game as it is. Some small tweaks that come to mind is for the ace of hearts, as it says you should see if you found any stairs after you've written the daily journal. I never found any stairs so that wasn't a problem for me. :)

I've finished my playthrough of the Lost in the Deep the journaling RPG. The final chapter is online here: wyrdwald.com/game-journal... Thank you @diogooldskull.bsky.social for creating the game, I had a blast! Next I'll post some thoughts, an epilogue if you will and then it's off to the next game.

As I've only recently started paying attention to solo games, it feels as if I've missed so much. Luckily I was in time to back Solo Borg before the Kickstarter finished :) www.kickstarter.com/projects/the...
