The Boat-tailed Grackle at Calshot Spit this morning. Expert opinion seems to be this guy hitched a ride on a ship over from North America and this is the first sighting of this type of bird in the UK. Plenty of people there to see it #birdphotography #grackle

I'm told this is a Boat-Tailed Grackle, a native of North America, that has turned up at Calshot Spit and attracted great interest (I just happened to be there anyway) #grackle #birdphotography
