He means when you have /combatlog 1 enabled. If you don't type that into your chat box you aren't combat logging so nothing to worry about.

Will try a bit of testing though and see if it smooths out gameplay somewhat.. although the end results might be off since each run is it's own variable.

There have been plenty of times where I've forgotten to start a combat log. Or even just didn't feel like parsing and still experience issues. Notably misfires, weapons not firing, and entity spawn delay while solo or in a random PUG. That said we generally log while doing DPS runs.

The same comment about the rear slot omni restriction as well. Three years prior.

Turrets are unrestricted yet not everyone uses all set turrets in a CSV build. 1 or 2 additional set omnis in rear slots allows builds like forward facing beam overload to not have to make compromises. Players can still use other weapons depending on theme or if they want specific interactions.
